Latonjia Roddy is the Regional Account Manager for PSC Real Estate & Logistics in NYC, serving as the senior liaison with federal leadership to support facilities, safety, telecommunications, and outreach programs. With over 20 years in management across industries such as Construction, Real Estate, and Property Management, Latonjia brings extensive experience and commitment to exemplary service. She holds a Master’s in Management, a BA in Business Administration, and is a licensed Missouri insurance agent. Known for her strong communication skills and dedication to PSC’s mission, Latonjia values building lasting professional relationships and enjoys traveling.

Guy Romain, PT, DPT, is a seasoned Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialization in neurological recovery. With over two decades of experience working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan, he possess a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of individuals with neurological conditions. His extensive expertise and passion for delivering high-quality care has allowed him to build strong connections with the community he’s have proudly served for twenty years.

Since joining in 2016, she’s been recognized for her attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Previously, Ronetta worked as a Real Estate Agent, helping first-time buyers, and as a Certified Credit Consultant, empowering individuals with financial knowledge. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and an MBA (Accounting) from Lindenwood University, making her a well-rounded leader in her field.

As the owner of Strategic Home Health Care in Jennings, MO, Carrie provides compassionate in-home healthcare services to disabled adults and children throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. As she aims to establish herself as a thought leader in her industry, Carrie is focused on help working within the community through the FinchStrong Foundation.

NeuroFit360 was born in 2009 out of Dr. Guy Romain’s frustration. This doctor felt the neurologically injured population was underserved. Dr. Romain had enough which resulted in Pembroke Pines Florida seeing the creation of NeuroFit360. Here at NeuroFit360, our mission is to challenge you and push the boundaries of traditional rehab. We welcome all abilities with a focus on neurological injuries. Our clinic is home to physical therapy and occupational therapy experts who want you to feel like a trusted client who is an active part of the rehabilitation process. The clinic is equipped to meet the needs of patients with complex and advanced neurological injuries.

​We only need your hard work and commitment during our intensive therapy program. Regardless of your damage level, we know one thing for sure. When combining our innovative technology, cutting-edge treatment plans, skilled staff, and your hard work, anything is possible.
